Welcome to 2025. As we begin the new year, we’re pleased to share some highlights. The final quarter of 2024 marked a significant milestone for Westland, with a 14% year-on-year increase in product shipments. This growth reflects our ongoing efforts to meet global demand, supported by the addition of 46 new Westpro customers in 2024. Our Westpro products were shipped to 120 ports worldwide, an increase from 108 in the previous year. We continue to maintain a high presence internationally. This month, Tony Rayner and Brett Paterson from our sales team will represent us at Gulfood 2025 in Dubai, with additional events scheduled over the coming months. We’re also proud to launch our 2025 graduate programme, welcoming 13 graduates across our Westland and Oceania Dairy sites.

Welcoming the next wave of talent
We’re proud to be showing our commitment to attracting young talent to our business with the launch of our first graduate programme. At the start of this month, we welcomed 13 graduates who will work in 10 business areas across our Westland Milk Products and Oceania Dairy sites. The programme aims to create opportunity for graduates and foster their career growth, while at the same time creating a pipeline of skilled employees whose energy and fresh perspectives will contribute to our success by enriching our teams and the broader Yili Group of companies.
